Fantastic ice cream!! You have to stop here if you're traveling through the area. Lots of great toppings and they are very generous with the amount of ice cream that you get. There was quite a line when I was there and I understand why. Delicious!

They apparently do not have a card machine and the teenage girls who work there were so rude when they told me. I will not be returning to try their ice cream. There are plenty of great places nearby with good customer service and credit card machines.

Wait is outside (& there always is a wait). Parking gets very crowded and no other parking than lot so go early. Ice cream is delicious!! Definitely worth the wait.

This place has the best soft serve, reasonable prices, gluten free cones and vegan options. Even amongst covid, their service is great and quick. They are cash only though so be prepared. We drive 20mins to go. It's worth the ride for the quality and price.

Delicious ice cream! I recommend their cake batter soft serve if they have it. Parking can be a little tough but that's because it's so crowded; but there's plenty of space and the service is quick. Worth the drive!

They are taking all the neccessary precautions to keep staff and customers safe. Plus the ice cream is very good and reasonable in price.

Visited Polar Cub on Aug 30. Polar Cub is an iconic, been around forever, ice cream spot. We came from a neighboring town. We do not have the opportunity to visit often. We had soft serve and it was good. Comparable to other family type ice cream spots. Service was super quick. A good spot to visit.

An iconic ice cream parlor in Whitehouse that's been in business for over 50 years. Big selection of items, including multiple flavors of soft-serve, flurry blends, milkshakes, and sundaes. Prices are reasonable especially for the quantity served. Ice cream is high quality. Recommend the peanut butter shake or the peanut crunch coat on any soft serve cone. Locals anxiously await its opening every spring!

Great location to celebrate with friends and family. I was surprised and excited to see a sugar-free option. It's the black cherry vanilla frozen yogurt. It was delicious! Definitely coming again with my husband.

Best ice cream around by far. My family and I go here whenever we can. They have a huge variety of flavors, toppings, and specials that are all delicious. Sometimes the lines can be a bit long, but it is always worth the wait. I wish they would open more of these!

It's great, I mean it's really great soft serve at very cheap prices. And the small portion is enough to satisfy most adults. This is one of the best spots to visit on a hot day and the service is quite speedy and friendly. All that said, being pinned between a wall and highway, parking is always a pain. Still worth it every time, but you will almost certainly have to wait for a parking spot (so have to ding them 1 star for that). We will be back soon with the kids!

It is like every other american ice cream store. Nothing special. No inside seating. You order on the windows and you sit outside. Also it is directly on route 22 and always crowded so sometimes tough parking. Flavors are limited.

I treated 11 of my family youngsters (ranging from 5-14). I was hoping Italian ice was offered because one of my kids have a dairy allergy. I was truly excited to see softserve ice cream made with coconut milk and so delicious. I will undoubtedly return.

Place used to be unique. Became very popular now. Prices have crept up over the past 4-5 years. Parking is tough and dangerous ice cream is good.

Hands down the best chocolate soft serve ice cream I've ever eaten. They have lots of other delectable looking offerings too. Expect a ton of company on summer nights.

It's polar cub!There's usually a line of cars at around 6 pm. It's hilarious. The Ice cream is good and the shakes are great. My girlfriend ordered a frozen banana and claims some other ice cream place is better.... what? I'm blown away by the fact that the even sell frozen bananas.

This is a rare gem...an old-fashioned roadside ice cream shop with quality ingredients, HUGE portions, and low prices! Note that it's cash only, do I'm sure they'd appreciate exact change.

Great tasting cheap to buy ice-cream and there’s 4 sizes there’s baby small medium large my favorite is the large cone but don’t get it because you might puke only if you can handle it. milk shake it’s in two sizes small and monster don’t take the monster because it’s to big take small milk shake or if you really like ice cream go for the monster. cake it’s like any other place you get a cake but takes time

1st thing ....they only take cash.I ordered a medium soft serve vanilla Sunday with wet walnuts, strawberries and whipped cream. The ice cream was very dense, smooth and creamy. It was a hot day and the consistency was great and held up nicely. One of the best soft served vanilla's I have had. The whipped cream was also very dense and creamy even in the heat. Again, one of the best whipped creams I have had. The wet walnuts were very good. They weren't too sweet or too wet. The strawberries were in a natural type juice, not that gooey stuff. I felt it was a good price for what I got.There was a line but, it went pretty quick and smoothly.

Always and forever will be the best ice cream location around. Great variety of flavors, toppings, and shakes with fairly good prices as well. Service is quick, although sometimes the line is very long but the quality of the ice cream definitely makes up for it. I highly recommend coming here whenever you’re in mood for a treat.
